Food and drinks
No matter what craving you have, you are certain to satisfy it here. There are restaurants from every corner of the world in London, and the food is mostly well-cooked and very tasty. For the party animal, there are plenty of nightclubs to choose from and they close considerably later... If you want to know what goes on in London, you should buy Time Out - a weekly publication that lists everything happening in the world of entertainment during your stay.

Attractions
Historical buildings, museums and beautiful parks - you can find them all in London. Why not jump on a sightseeing bus in order to see as much as possible? You can hop on and off almost anywhere you like. Some noticeable places of interest are: Big Ben - the nickname for the clock on the Parliament tower, which rings every hour. Westminster Abbey - an incredibly beautiful church in Gothic style, where every coronation has taken place since 1066. Buckingham Palace - the queen's official residence. Every day around 11.30, you can watch the changing of the guard. Madame Tussaud's - the famous wax cabinet that is one of London's most visited attractions. London Eye - a giant Ferris wheel which was built for the Millenium celebrations. During the ride, which lasts approximately 30 minutes, you will enjoy a fabulous view. Tower of London - this is where the crown jewels are kept, but through the years, the Tower of London has been used as a fort, a palace, a prison and a place of execution. Don't miss the Beefeaters - the Tower guards in their trademark uniforms. Hyde Park - the huge park in the middle of London, where you can jog, walk or just relax in the sun with a delightful picnic.
