VALENCIA

Valencia is located in the eastern part of Spain, in the middle of the Levante Bay in between Costa Blanca and Costa del Azahar. Valencia is Spain's third largest city with a population of more than 800.000 citizens. The city is also the capital of the Valencia region and the Valencia province. Valencia is famous for oranges, the football team Valencia CF and paella - the rice dish that is also considered to be one of the Spanish national dishes. In Spain, Valencia is also known for its nightlife and the extensive range of culture on offer, as well as for the popular competition weekends on the crowd-friendly racing course Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo just outside the city.
